The Heretic Locomotive

 I know, I know... I've been going back and forth on The Library's style for more than a year. I have a strange way of working.... Most people (if I'm not mistaken) create a story and the express that story in an art style/art form. I do the opposite, I choose a style and create a story for it.   But I digress... One of the main reason for this is to help The Railroad. The 3D character from the Library were originally designed for The Railroad as an upgrade from the old outdated character models.   So what is the problem? The problem is: - for the Library I have a story with 2D characters but not with 3D characters. - for the Railroad I have a story with the upgraded characters but not with the old ones I've tried using the current characters with the old ideas but it simply does not work. I don't know why... well I know why... I don't like how it looks (Death's horse model looks horrible and she's not the only one, Callie's model also does not look

And my PC is back. For now I can resume the Library since I have some panels rendered. FyT and Railroad are still on hold due to the current heatwave. Cheers, and "Always be hydrating!"

 Hey! So, some small renovations turned out not to be so small. My PC is now in storage, and I only just now managed to start the internet to use my tablet. So yeah... no updates for a while. Sorry. P.S. The heat wave is back until the end of the month, however, I do have some pages for the Library processed but I still need access to my PC.

Finally the temperatures fell to a bearable level. They may go up again next week, so I've heard, but I did manage to prepare few pages. However, I've changed my method of working to a chapter per comic, previously was 2 to 3 pages, but that method proved unreliable and slow. Working on an entire chapter I can stay in the story flow and keep the momentum until the chapter is finished.   Right now I'm working on the Library to complete the current chapter. Then it will be F-y-T's turn, to complete it's chapter, with the Railroad last where I need to make a few changes to the characters now that The Library is 3D as well. For now the Library may get a daily page update until a return back on schedule. I don't want to post too many pages at once since I don't want to burden the translation correctors (thank you again for the corrections 😁 ) and I don't want to make a whole bunch of corrections at once.

Yay…. Time for some official news! So, if you all have noticed, Fair-y-Tail and The Railroad to the Afterlife take place in the same universe. This was the original intention even from the start when FYT was in a 2D style without Amaya and Volna. Now The Railroad has some story problems, as in I’m out of ideas for it, I mean I’ve been struggling for about a year to come up with an idea for the new chapter. And most of what I have I’m reserving for The Library. I was thinking of merging the two comics, and did so at some point buuuut… I was not sure it would be a good idea. The stories are far too different to place them in one comic. So what does this all mean? I don’t know exactly, I don’t want to give up on it. So expect it to be one of my most confusing comics. Hey there, welcome to my… blog site… thing Anyway, I’ve decided to make a central news site/blog regarding my work, this is mostly because it's a little difficult and annoying to post the same thing on several sites. I will try and keep this alive as much as possible, and even think of posting status updates at least once a week.
